Hey there beautiful WP Readers!
Hope you are all doing well, I feel very inspired by the research I did today. I took the time to read some of the Followed Sites on my Reader and I am following 59 of you so I will soon have to make some decisions, I like reading and I am learning as I read so I am grateful but I might have bitten off more than I can chew. Now I know what my friend meant when he says he takes his following really seriously. Otherwise, you can easily get overwhelmed.
I also finished one of my posts and updated my Kindle / Amazon profiles.
Organized the library and accidentally made things very hard for myself when I inadvertently used the wrong account while trying to purchase Adam West’s latest book (Writer of Age) I was buying his book ContraDictation, seems like an entertaining satire I would enjoy, really enjoying his posts all the same—Anyhow! I was locked out of my original purchases, had to make a request for them to call me after spending two hours trying to figure out what I did. The first technician hung up on me.
I felt pretty confused and let down, I felt so dumb. Nevertheless, I persisted and called back. Got on the phone with a very patient, courteous, pleasant young lady who guided me through something that was hard to explain.
I’m so new at this whole Kindle / Amazon stuff, I never shop online. I don’t have a credit card. I don’t even do online banking! I live very simply.
Eventually, I have to learn and I’m a good sport when it comes to learning curves.
So!!! A productive day of indulging in everything writing.
I figured I would let you in on what I am reading (or planning on reading) Trying not to overwhelm myself but I have to teach myself how to navigate these waters…
Reading your blogs is really encouraging, though.
Feel free to let me know what you think! I’m a really good candidate if anyone needs an emotional punching bag to vent on.
After 10 years of comedy and bartending, I don’t take any offense to anyone. My friends get offended for me.
Just can’t take anything personally anymore. Even when it is personal!
Well, I’ll stop here. Ttyl (Ha ha ha… Is it really that much more time consuming to write “Talk to you later?” I don’t think so ;-) )
